Welcome to Agrochemical Sourcing. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and B2B platform (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
By registering for an account, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Agrochemical Sourcing platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines, policies, or rules applicable to specific services offered on or through the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", "Supplier", or "you") and Agrochemical Sourcing ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you are using the platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all product listings, descriptions, pricing, certifications, and company information they post on the platform. Agrochemical Sourcing does not endorse any supplier or product listed on the platform and makes no warranty regarding the quality, safety, or regulatory compliance of any listed product.
Suppliers must ensure that all listed products comply with the Insecticides Act, 1968, and all other applicable regulations. Listing a product on this platform does not constitute regulatory approval or endorsement by Agrochemical Sourcing.
The platform facilitates introductions between buyers and suppliers. Any transaction entered into between a buyer and a supplier is solely between those parties. Agrochemical Sourcing is not a party to any such transaction and accepts no liability whatsoever for the fulfilment, quality, delivery, payment, or any other aspect of transactions between users.
All enquiries submitted through the platform are non-binding expressions of interest unless expressly stated otherwise in a separately executed agreement between the buyer and supplier.
Basic access to the platform may be provided free of charge. Certain premium features, enhanced listings, or subscription services may be subject to fees. Where fees apply, they will be clearly communicated before you commit to them. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which will be charged in addition where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected users.
All content on the Agrochemical Sourcing platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Agrochemical Sourcing or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without our prior written consent.
Users may have access to confidential business information of other users through the platform, including pricing, supplier contacts, and trade terms. You agree to keep such information confidential and to use it solely for the purposes of evaluating or completing a transaction facilitated by the platform. You must not disclose such information to any third party without the express consent of the disclosing party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agrochemical Sourcing, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, your product listings, transactions with other users, your violation of any third party's rights, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Agrochemical Sourcing, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.
